If an exhibitor does not update the listing, only the company name and contact information as it appears on your contract will be listed in the Directory, not under any product categories.

To log in to password protected exhibitor information, exhibitors will need the registration code. This registration code, along with the booth number, will allow access to the Show Directory Listing System, CEDIA EXPO Housing and Online Exhibitor Registration.

No. Badges (exhibitor or setup) are not mailed prior to EXPO. All badges must be picked up in Exhibitor Registration beginning Monday, September 7.

INTERESTED IN EXHIBITING AT CEDIA EXPO 2009?
How can I find out about booth availability?
Exhibit spaces are still available in Hall B (Level 1 in Building B). Click here to view the floor plans and available booths. To reserve an exhibit space, please complete the Space Application Form and fax to 317-735-4012. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Ashley Sorenson at asorenson@cedia.org or 800-669-5329 x129.
Is there a deadline to exhibit?
No. Technically, we do not provide a set date to receive all exhibitor applications. Once all exhibit spaces have been reserved, we only accept waiting list requests. The “deadline” is whenever all exhibit spaces have been filled. Any exhibitors who reserve an exhibit space after June 10, 2009 will not be included in the printed Show Directory.
How large of a space may I reserve if I am a new exhibitor?
New exhibitors are allowed a maximum of 400 square feet of exhibit space. Exhibitors may request to be added to the Better Space Waiting List for larger space or a better location.
What if I want a larger space than what is available?
You will need to submit your request to be added to the Better Space Waiting List to Ashley Sorenson at asorenson@cedia.org or 800-669-5329 x129. However, you must already have a booth space reserved. When cancellations/booth movement occurs, exhibitors on this waiting list will be contacted in order of priority points and according to size/location preferences. If an exhibitor declines a space offer, it will be offered to the exhibitor next on the list.
What do I need to do to reserve exhibit space?
1. Download the Space Application Form.
2. Review the CEDIA EXPO Show Regulations (2nd page of Application Form)
3. Select your booth space preferences from those available, marked in yellow. (Please note at this time, booths spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.)
4. Fax in complete Space Application Form to Ashley Sorenson at 317-735-4012.
