Distributing Materials - Literature, samples, and giveaways must be disbursed from within the assigned exhibit space. No demonstrations or promotions shall be permitted outside of the assigned space. No exhibitor person, firm, or organization shall distribute advertising materials in the halls, or corridors, or in any way occupy or use the facility for any reason.
Exhibitors disbursing literature outside of the assigned exhibit space (including outdoor space still on convention center property) is considered trespassing. Should an exhibitor distribute materials outside of the convention center, they must remain in the first 6’ from the curb as this is considered a city sidewalk.
Policy on Selling - Over the counter sales (i.e. cash, check and/or credit cards) are not permitted. Only bona fide business orders for future delivery may be taken.
Wheeled Carts - No wheeled crates, or 2-wheel carts of any kind will be permitted through any common public entrance.
