Do you crave a rewarding sales position within the smart home industry that requires daily growth and learning, while simultaneously earning a base with limitless commissions?

JM Resources is looking for an ambitious and charismatic go-getter to add to our current sales team.

JM Resources is one Philadelphia’s largest security and smart home providers serving homebuilders and homeowners.  We have provided security monitoring, along with a variety of complimentary smart home technology for over 35 years.  Our goal is to help our clients buy the right solutions, while providing a wonderful customer experience.
As a smart home representative, you will work with builders, homeowners and business to provide the most appropriate solutions for their security and technology needs.  
Who You Are:
• You flourish in a commission sales environment
• You have technological background in both home security, along with other smart home technologies
• You are passionate about security, home automation and other smart home technologies, and excited to help others understand their benefits and role in the housing industry
• You enjoy working in a dynamic and energetic environment
• You are a problem solver and resourceful, and enjoy working with clients 
• You are organized, can maintain follow-up, and proficient with standard office tools

• Display deep product knowledge with a professional client based attitude, while providing clients with a great client experience
• Create a client focused environment to provide the most appropriate solution for their technology needs
• Strive to exceed sales objectives for yourself
• Initiate ongoing product and sales growth training to stay relevant to the evolving market
