Meet the Instructor


Peter Aylett

Archimedia HQ - Dubai

Having spent much of his 24 year industry career working for some of the UK’s most respected technology integrators, Peter was most recently Director of Professional Development for CEDIA in the UK office, and is now Technical Director for Archimedia, a high-end residential integration company employing over 150 people and with operations in five countries across the Middle East. Peter is in demand as a speaker and lecturer in residential technology, and over the past three years has led courses and inspirational seminars across Europe, China, Australia, New Zealand, North America and the Middle East.

Peter currently chairs CEDIA’s Applied Information Action Team as part of the CEDIA Technology Council, and is a columnist for Having taught at CEDIA EXPOs across the Globe since 2002, Peter has helped create much of the current CEDIA IP and Networking courseware and curriculum, as well as having been involved with the development of all CEDIA’s current certifications.

Peter holds the CEDIA ESC-N, ESC-D, COI, and Structured Cabling Assesor credentials.
