CEDIA Board of Directors

CEDIA Leadership

CEDIA represents more than 3,500 member companies, has a presence in 77 countries around the world, and supports two world-class global trade shows.

The association is driven by its volunteer leadership. As members of the industry these leaders provide foresight and perspective on what will prepare CEDIA members for the future. Committees of volunteers vet the ideas and activities of the association. In addition to the volunteer leadership structure, CEDIA is also supported by a professional staff headquartered in Indianapolis.

CEDIA Board of Directors

The CEDIA Board of Directors defines the association’s vision and identifies its strategic direction. These leaders continually connect with members to make sure CEDIA’s strategic principles remain relevant and are adaptable to our members’ changing needs. The CEDIA Board of Directors is elected by the membership. Once elected, directors serve a three year term. Directors may not serve more than two consecutive terms.
