Ensuring that their organization is a CEDIA member in good standing.
Ensuring that all primary instructors hold the appropriate CEDIA credentials.
Providing CEDIA with timely updates on trainee progress.
Creating a hands-on training environment that aggressively encourages trainees to learn and apply what they have learned.
Partnering with CEDIA to form and actively engage with an Employer Advisory Committee made-up of local systems integration employers that can assist with the following activities:
- Program creation, implementation, updates, sponsorship opportunities.
- CEDIA certified instructor identification and assistance.
- Guest speaking and career fair opportunities.
- Job shadow, work experience, and employment opportunities
Developing relationships with locally/regionally to generate subsidized paid work experience opportunities for students.
Acknowledging CEDIA in all collateral related to the marketing and promotion of programs that include CEDIA proprietary curriculum, materials, and resources.
Agreeing to purchase an annual license and student program materials from CEDIA.
