Maintaining Your CEDIA Certification

CEDIA’s certifications are valid for 3 years and can be renewed by demonstrating ongoing competency knowledge and skills covered on the initial examination. Certification holders can either retest or pursue ongoing learning and industry engagement activities which count towards renewal. 

Earning and retaining a CEDIA certification allows you to demonstrate ongoing competence in the knowledge and skills needed for professional practice.
