The client here requested a comprehensive security system, quick access control of AV from the light wallplates, audiophile music quality with no visible speakers in certain spaces, hidden TVs, and underfloor heating.

Cyberhomes installed a Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting control system with over 130 circuits and integrated it into the Control4 interface. The blinds are controlled via dedicated engraved buttons on the Lutron wallplates.

High-performance James Loudspeaker in-ceiling speakers and subs are installed in most rooms, while the living room and study benefit from Meridian DSP7200SE active speakers. In the bedrooms, the TVs descend into cabinets when not in use.

A Texecom intruder alarm and fire detection system are integrated into the Control4 system, while 11 VisualInt CCTV cameras cover the entire perimeter of the property and footage is constantly recorded on an NVR. When motion is detected, the homeowner receives an email with a snapshot image. The project won Finalist honors in the 2018 CEDIA Awards (Integrated Home, Level IV, EMEA).
