Dedicated CEDIA volunteer and Board member Michael Sherman has regrettably resigned his position from the CEDIA Board due to personal and professional conflicts that, in his words, “have made it increasingly challenging for me to fulfill my responsibilities as a Board Member effectively.”
We thank Michael sincerely for his commitment to CEDIA and his many years on the Board and Executive Committee. He has been and will continue to be a valuable resource to CEDIA, it’s Board, and to me personally. We wish him all the best with his growing business and family. Michael’s statement is below:
I have always been a passionate and committed volunteer and a longtime advocate, and my time on the CEDIA Board has only strengthened my dedication to serving the industry. While I must resign from my position as a Board Member, please know that my commitment to advancing the interests of CEDIA and its members remains steadfast. I am eager to continue serving the association in any capacity that I can, within the limitations of my current schedule.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the opportunity to serve on the Board. It has been an invaluable experience, and I am grateful for the friendships and connections I have made during my tenure.
