Volunteer Appreciation Week continues at CEDIA®, and here's another profile of one of our terrific contributors to the association.

What made you want to volunteer for CEDIA?

I always admired CEDIA as an organization and really wanted to get involved to help bring ideas to the table and be a part of something that is bigger.

What is your favorite CEDIA memory?

Without a doubt, winning a CEDIA award. Our company was very proud to be acknowledged and it was a significant accomplishment for us. We hold that award very dearly.

What would be your advice for new volunteers?

Let's make a difference together. If you think you can make a difference you should be heard.

What has been your favorite part about volunteering for CEDIA?

Networking with individuals from around the world and sharing new ideas. CEDIA does a great job in bringing individuals together in our industry and giving them a platform.

What is on your desk right now?

There is a great book I just finished called Traction which I encourage every company to read. Also, about a dozen new proposals being reviewed, the latest CEPro magazine, and of course my MAC.

Who are you following on social media?

Apple, Nike, USA Today, NASA, The 1010 Project, NY Times Travel, and Wired, to name a few.

If you were not working in this industry this you would be -- ?

Working as an audio engineer in a studio somewhere other than my house.

What is the best advice you’ve ever gotten?

You're only as good as your last sale. Words to live by for any true sales person.
