Summary: We are looking an upbeat and positive person that has the ability to drive conversations, form strong working relationships, and can provide first in class service and support.
- • Manage an assigned customer base
- • Contact each customer at least once a quarter
- • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers
- • Document all interactions with customers
- • Follow detailed sales process and search for ad-on opportunities
- • Work closely with Outside sales department to maximize impact of customer interactions
- • 3 or more years of Sales experience
- • 3 or more years of Customer Service experience
- • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- • High school degree or equivalent
- • High level of attention to detail
- • Intermediate computer skills using MS Office products
